Friedlander Misler PLLC is pleased to announce that Jennifer W. Jette, a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Transactions practice groups, was selected as a Washington, D.C. winner of the Connect Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Women in Real Estate Awards for 2024.

Jette was chosen from among more than 400 other candidates representing companies across the country.

Connect CRE’s competitive Women in Real Estate Awards program honors women from across the nation whose talent, drive, leadership, and fresh ideas have helped them succeed and gain influence in the commercial real estate industry. It celebrates the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others in the field.

In her practice, Jette advises local and national developers, investors, and owners in all aspects of the acquisition, development, sale, financing, and leasing of industrial and mixed-use properties, multifamily housing, affordable housing projects, and office buildings. As a complement to this work, she often also advises about general corporate matters, and assists buyers and sellers of multifamily properties in D.C. with compliance with the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act, which gives certain rights to tenants to purchase properties they rent.
